  • 2-3 cups Water for boiling (उबलने के लिए पानी)
  • 1 Carrot, roughly chopped (गाजर)
  • 2 Tomatoes, chopped (टमाटर)
  • 1 Beetroot, chopped (चुकंदर)
  • 1 tsp Black salt, or as per taste (काला नमक)
  • 1 tbsp Red chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
  • 1 tbsp Sugar (चीनी)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice (नींबू का रस)
  • 1 tsp Black pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर)

How to Make Healthy Soup?

Step 1: Cook the Vegetables

1️⃣ In a deep pan, add water, chopped carrots, beetroot, and tomatoes. Stir once and cover the pan.
2️⃣ Let the water come to a boil. After the first boil, remove the lid and allow the vegetables to cool slightly.


Step 2: Blend & Strain

1️⃣ Once cooled, transfer the boiled vegetables to a blender and grind into a smooth puree. If needed, blend in batches.
2️⃣ Take a fine-mesh strainer, place it over a bowl, and strain the soup mixture thoroughly to remove any solid bits.


Step 3: Season & Simmer

1️⃣ In a clean pan, pour the strained vegetable soup and add a little more water to adjust the consistency.
2️⃣ Cook for 2-5 minutes on medium flame.
3️⃣ Add sugar, black salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and red chili powder. Stir well.
4️⃣ Let it simmer for another 2-5 minutes on low flame.
